I am Mrs. Gracie Scott. I married my husband and high school sweetheart, Rylee Scott, in May 2021.

 We are blessed to live up the road from our chicken farm.

 Together we enjoy spending time with our family and friends, especially our sweet niece Ivey Jewel Thompson! 

 I began taking my basic classes at Jackson State Community College and Columbia State Community College.

 After this, I continued my education at Western Governors University.

 There, I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education.

 I first began working in the school system as a substitute teacher.

 Later, I worked as a teachers aid and then a computer lab teacher while attending college.

 While finishing college, I completed four months of student teaching in the first grade.

 Since graduating, I am a Title I teacher, teaching reading to grades K-4th.
